Mary Darling has over 25 years of experience in business management and organizational development. She graduated from a fifteen year career with Marriott Inc. and a four year assignment with Mandara Spa Asia to an Executive member of the “Bali Spa and Wellness Association” as well as vice chairperson of the Asia-Pacific Spa Council. By combining her skills, experience, energy, passion, style, and sense of business she is developing her own freelance hospitality consultancy focused on hotels and spas. Her Corporate Training responsibilities have taken her throughout the USA and Asia. Originally from the US but now based in Bali, Indonesia, she shares the operation of “Villa Orchid” with her husband, another Distant Harbor Associate.
